"Getting him on the phone was nearly impossible, and calls routinely went unanswered. Even after I told him I was considering canceling my policies, there was still no effort to communicate or follow up. When you’re trusting someone to handle your insurance, responsiveness matters, and he completely failed in that area. I shouldn’t have to chase down my own insurance agent just to get basic questions answered. I eventually moved my policies elsewhere because I no longer felt confident I could rely on him when it actually mattered."
